MILESAUTO TEAM — PRODUCTION WHITE-LABEL / SMS HARDENED

1) team.milesauto.ge
   Upload the CONTENTS of folder team.milesauto.ge to the MilesAuto TEAM document root.

2) team.portlineauto.ge (IMPORTANT)
   The central cron runs there. Copy ONLY these two files from PORTLINE_CENTRAL_PATCH into the Portline TEAM root:
   - manager_sms.php
   - partner_brand.php
   Do not replace the whole Portline site with the MilesAuto folder.

3) Database
   Current supplied DB dump already contains MilesAuto partner_id=2 and the requested SMSOffice key.
   MilesAuto_SMS_PRODUCTION_PATCH.sql is included as an idempotent verification/config patch if production DB differs from the supplied dump.

WHAT IS FIXED
- SMS partner is resolved from car -> user -> users.partner_id -> partners.
- Critical SMS path is fail-closed: unknown/missing partner can never silently fall back to Portline.
- SMS de-duplication is partner-aware. An old Portline event no longer counts as a MilesAuto event.
- MilesAuto uses its own DB sms_api_key and sender.
- Portline continues using private/sms_config.php as before.
- Phone numbers are normalized to 995XXXXXXXXX before provider logging/sending.
- Provider response is stored in sms_events for diagnostics.

IMPORTANT PROVIDER NOTE
The sender name "MilesAuto" must be authorized/accepted by SMSOffice for the MilesAuto account. The code cannot approve a sender name at the provider.
